Letztes mal waren wir sehr früh dran und so haben wir uns ein Frühstück dort gegönnt.. einfach ein Erlebnis … kann man nur weitere empfehlen .. von der herzlichen Bedienung, bis zur ausgezeichneten Frühstücksauswahl.. hier ein kleiner Auszug aus der Karte

Was für mich immer wunderbar ist da ich ein eher langsamer Frühstücke bin und mein Mann eher sehr schnell fertig ist man kann die Männer dann einfach eine Runde durchs Manufaktur machen lassen während man in Ruhe noch weiter frühstücken kann.. Männer finden dort immer etwas 😉

Hier noch ein paar Eindrücke… Wir hatten das kleine Frühstück , das Florentiner-Müsli und ein kleines Brot aus der täglich frischen Auswahl an verschiedenen Broten.. Alles einfach nur voll Guad…

Rohrnudeln – Buchteln

 

Rohrnudeln (tirolerisch Buchteln genannt)

eigentlich oans der einfachsten Nachspeisen de es gibt. Da man die Zutaten meistens dahoam hat und es schnell gemacht is.
Einfach immer wieder guad :-))

Zutaten: für ca. 8 Nudeln
+ 20-25g frische Hefe ( oder 1 Packung trocken Hefe)
+ 40gr. Zucker
+ 125 ml Milch
+ 3 Eier
+ 400gr.Mehl
+ 1 Pkg Vanillezucker
+1 Prise Orangenschale
+ 1 Prise Salz
bei Bedarf für die Füllung Marmeldae ( Marillen / Kirsch )

Zuerst in einer Schüssel die zerboeckelte frische Hefe und den Zucker mit der lauwarmen Milch vermischen, dann 20 min zugedeck an einem warmen Ort gehen lassen.

Die Butter schmelzen , Eier und Vanillezucker, Orangenschale,Salz dazugeben.das gesiebte Mehl dazugeben. Alles gut durchkneten bis der Teig Blasen wirft. Zugedeckt nochmals 20 min gehen lassen .

Ich hab die Rohrnudeln immer liebr ohne Füllung, nachdem der Teig schön aufgegangen ist einfach runde kleine Knödel formen und in einem flüssigen Butterbad kurz eintauchen.
Dann in eien gebuttert Auflaufform geben.
Mann kann ansonsten gerne die Rohrnudeln mit Marmelade füllen. dazu den Teig mit einem Nudelholz ausrollen, nicht zu dünn !! MIt einem runden Austecher ca 8 cm Durchmesser Kreise ausstechen. Diese dann mit Marmelade füllen und gut verschliessen. ebenfals im Butterbad schwenken und dann mit dem Verschluss nach unten in die Auflaufform geben.

Nocheinmal zugedeckt 20 min geehn lassen

Den Backhofen auf 180 Grad Ober/Unterhotze einschalten und die Rohrnudeln knappe 30 min backen .

Nach Bedarf mit Puderzucker bestreuen und fertig sind sie :-)) Perfekt passt zu den Rohrnudeln warme Vanillesoße, einfach herrlich ….
